1. Go online
Browse Collections by ALL and find a Retailer you’d like to purchase from.

2. Place order
Place your order on the partner’s website via the “Shop now” button. Your Reward points will show in your Collections Account as “Pending” within 5 working days. If your pending Reward points aren’t appearing in your Collections account after 5 working days, please contact us.

3. Earn points
We'll validate your purchase with the retailer and update your account to show your Reward points as "Approved". Most purchases will be approved within 45 days. All "Approved" Reward Credits will be posted to your Collections Account within 24 hours.
